1. Operational Hours & Bookings
- Office Timings: Our office operates from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. All pick-ups and drop-offs must be scheduled within this window.
- Availability: Two-wheeler bookings are subject to availability. JoJo Travel reserves the right to cancel any booking if deemed necessary.
- Booking Modifications: The pick-up date, time, and location are fixed once a booking is confirmed and cannot be changed.
2. Equipment & Complimentary Gear
- Helmets: We provide two complimentary helmets per rental. These must be returned without damage.
- Property Care: Riders must ensure proper care of keys and all JoJo Travel property. Loss or damage to these items will attract replacement charges.
3. Rider Responsibilities & Traffic Laws
- Compliance: Riders must respect and follow all traffic rules and regulations.
- Challans: All fines or challans issued due to rider negligence must be paid in full by the rider to the penalizing authority.
- Substance Abuse: Driving under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs is strictly prohibited. JoJo Travel is not responsible for any mishaps or legal consequences arising from such cases. The customer is liable for all damages incurred.
4. Parking & Vehicle Recovery
- Parking: Riders must park in authorized areas.
- Confiscation: If the vehicle is towed or confiscated, the rider is liable to pay a penalty of Rs. 700 in addition to the official traffic police challan amount.
5. Drop-off & Extensions
- Location: The vehicle must be returned to the original pick-up location. We do not accommodate requests for change of drop-off locations.
- Trip Extensions: If you anticipate a late return, you must contact our office or customer care to request an extension. Extensions are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
6. Liability & Indemnity
- Rider Negligence: If a rider violates traffic rules (e.g., over-speeding or drunk driving), they alone are responsible for all damages, liabilities, and fines.
- Limitation of Liability: JoJo Travel shall not be held liable for personal injuries or secondary damages resulting from the use of our vehicles.
7. Termination of Service
JoJo Travel reserves the right to terminate a rental agreement immediately and repossess the vehicle if any terms (especially those regarding safety and illegal use) are violated.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by local regional laws. Any disputes arising from the rental agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local competent courts.
